Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
These terms apply when you use thenftprinter.com or thenftprinter.ca (“TheNFTPrinter”, “we”, “us”) to order printed products of NFT artwork. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. What we do
You connect a crypto wallet, choose an NFT that wallet holds, and we print that NFT's artwork on a product made to order for you. We read the artwork from the NFT's own on-chain metadata. We never take custody of, transfer or change your NFTs, and we never ask for your recovery phrase or permission to move your funds.
2. Your NFT and the right to print it
- You may only order prints of NFTs held by the wallet you connect. We check this on-chain before printing.
- Owning an NFT doesn't automatically give you the right to reproduce its artwork. Each collection has its own license. When you check out, you confirm that the collection's terms allow you to have this artwork printed.
- We review collections and may hold or decline an order if the rights are unclear or the collection's license doesn't allow it. If we decline an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.
- Unless a collection is marked as an official partner, TheNFTPrinter isn't affiliated with or endorsed by its creators.
- Rights holders who believe a print infringes their rights can contact us at thenftprinter@gmail.com. We'll review and act promptly, including stopping future orders from that collection.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars, all-in with free shipping, for both the US and Canada.
- You pay in crypto from your wallet. When you start a payment we quote the exact amount of the asset to send; the quote is valid for a limited time. You pay any network (gas) fees.
- Send exactly the quoted amount, on the network shown, from the wallet you connected. Payments sent to the wrong address or network, or after the quote expires, may not be recoverable — contact us and we'll do what we can.
- You're responsible for any taxes, duties or import fees charged by your country on delivery.
4. Production and shipping
Every item is made to order. Production usually takes a few business days, then shipping time depends on the destination and carrier. Orders to Canada ship from the United States and can take 1–3 weeks. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We email you when your order ships, with tracking when available.
5. How your print will look
NFTs are digital artwork. We prepare each file for print — rendering vector art at full size, enlarging pixel art pixel-for-pixel and upscaling smaller images — but printed colours and fine detail can differ from what you see on screen. Previews on the site are illustrations of placement and size, not photographs of your product.
6. Refunds and returns
See our Refund & Returns Policy. In short: if something arrives damaged, misprinted or lost, we'll reprint it or refund you.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to order prints of NFTs you don't hold, to interfere with payments or other customers' orders, or to overload our systems. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these terms (with a refund of any payment we received).
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you placed an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which TheNFTPrinter is based. Questions: thenftprinter@gmail.com.
