Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2026
TheNFTPrinter is based in Canada and handles personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Our privacy contact is thenftprinter@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Wallet and NFT details — your public wallet address and the NFTs you choose to print. We never collect your recovery phrase or private keys.
- Order details — the products and options you choose, what you paid and the payment transaction.
- Inquiries — the name, email, topic, and message you submit through our contact form, so we can respond.
- Support chat — messages you choose to send to the Print concierge and recent conversation context, to provide automated help.
- Contact and shipping details — your name, email, shipping address and (optionally) phone number.
- Technical details — your IP address is used briefly to protect the site from abuse and to suggest the right storefront for your country. We don't store it with your order.
Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are public by nature. Anyone can see them on the blockchain; we can't make them private.
Why we use it
- to confirm you hold the NFT, take payment and make and ship your order;
- to email you about your order (confirmation, shipping and tracking) and answer your questions;
- to prevent fraud and abuse; and
- to keep business, accounting and tax records.
We don't sell your personal information, and we only send order-related emails unless you ask for more.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the shop, for these purposes:
- Production and delivery partners — to make and ship your order (name, address, phone, email).
- Supabase — our database, where orders are stored.
- Vercel — hosts the website and may route support-chat requests through its AI Gateway.
- OpenAI — generates AI support answers from your chat messages and our help information, when AI is available.
- Resend — sends order emails and delivers contact-form inquiries.
- Alchemy and Helius — read public blockchain data (NFTs and payments) for your wallet address.
- Replicate — upscales artwork for print (receives only the artwork image).
- Reown (WalletConnect) — connects your wallet.
Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed to fulfil and support your order and to meet tax and accounting requirements (generally six years in Canada), then delete or anonymize them.
The Print concierge
The concierge is an automated guide, not a person. When you send a question and AI is available, your message, recent chat context and the general page you are viewing (such as Catalog or Checkout) are processed by our AI providers to answer from our studio information. We do not attach your wallet connection, private order records, shipping address or page query parameters. If AI is unavailable, clearly labelled studio-guide answers remain available.
We do not save chat transcripts in our order database, browser storage or application logs. The conversation stays in page memory until you start a new chat or reload the page. We request that AI responses not be stored as retrievable conversations; providers may still retain service or abuse-prevention logs under their own policies. Do not include private keys, recovery phrases, passwords or personal order details in chat. For personal order support, use our contact form or email. Chat cannot change your orders or send a support inquiry on your behalf.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and to correct it.
- You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
- You can ask us any question about how we handle your information.
Email thenftprinter@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Cookies and storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores small settings for the site to work — for example your wallet connection and whether you dismissed the country banner.
Security and children
We protect your information with access controls and encryption in transit, and limit it to those who need it. The site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above; significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
