Rights & takedowns
Last updated September 2026
Owning an NFT does not automatically grant copyright, reproduction rights, or permission to make merchandise. A print requires both verified ownership and the appropriate rights to use the artwork.
Before anything ships
Customers must confirm that the relevant license, creator permission, or other authorization permits their intended print. We review rights before fulfillment and hold unclear cases for review. We may request supporting information or decline a print.
Creator partners
Partner permissions apply only to the collections, products, and uses agreed with the creator. No partnership or endorsement is implied by an illustrative print or artwork on this website.
Report a concern
If you believe a print or listing infringes your rights, email thenftprinter@gmail.com or use our rights inquiry form. Include your name, contact details, the work you own or represent, the specific URL or order reference, and a clear explanation with supporting documentation.
Our review
We review reports and may pause affected fulfillment or restrict a listing while investigating. We may contact the parties for further information. Please provide accurate information and tell us if you are acting for the rights holder.
